francesca's^® offers free Standard shipping on all orders $75+ (excluding taxes and shipping and handling)-no promotional code required. Free shipping is only available on orders shipped within the continental U.S. For orders totaling less than $75, Standard is available for $10.50. Standard orders will ship Fedex Ground. All orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped Fedex Ground. Orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days after being processed. Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to promotions or holidays.

Please note, orders placed after 11:00am on any business day will have one additional transit day. We process all orders from our home office in Houston, TX.

Order and Shipping Confirmation

After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. The first email will confirm that your order was placed and will provide an order confirmation number, which can be referenced as needed. Once the order has shipped, a second email confirming shipment will be sent with tracking information.
