Return Policy


As of January 14, 2026, all sales are final.

 

For purchases prior to January 14, 2026, all eligible items* can be returned to any open boutique accompanied with the original receipt and tags within 21 days of when you received your item(s). Prior purchases are not eligible for final sale price adjustments.
 

* Gift Cards are all final sale and cannot be returned.

 

How do I initiate a return?

 

Boutique Purchases
Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we'll be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method. Purchases made in boutiques can only be returned to boutiques at this time.

 

Orders Placed in Boutique

Special Orders placed in a boutique can be returned to any of our boutiques. We are unable to accept special order returns by mail.

 

Online Purchases

In Boutiques: Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we'll be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method. Note: Afterpay and PayPal orders must be returned by mail. See below for instructions.

 

By Mail (online orders):

For returns, mail us the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) back to your original payment method. The cost to use our return label is $8, and it will be deducted from your refund. The shipping cost that was initially charged to you was the cost of the delivery service from our warehouse to your address and is not refundable. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date it is received at our warehouse. Please click the button below to start your return.

How long does it take to receive a refund or merchandise credit for online returns?

How do I return an item you received as a gift?
If you have the original receipt, we can do an even exchange or credit the original payment method. If you don't have the original receipt, we can only do an even exchange.
