Francesca’s® Friendsgiving Sweepstakes — Official Rules
1. Eligibility:
The francesca’s® Friendsgiving Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Francesca’s Services Corporation (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to participate. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on November 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on November 16, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter:
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating francesca’s boutique (excluding boutiques located in Rhode Island)and post on Instagram from inside the boutique featuring the notes of encouragement displayed in the dressing room. To enter, participants must tag @francescas in their post and ensure their Instagram account is public during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
4. Prize:
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) francesca’s gift card valued at one thousand dollars ($1,000). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000. Gift cards are subject to standard terms and conditions.
5. Winner Selection & Notification:
On or about November 18, 2025, Sponsor will review all eligible entries and select five (5) potential winners from all valid submissions received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from @francescas. Winners must respond within three (3) business daysof notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions allowed, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions, including issues with social media platforms.
7. Release:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize.
8. Disputes:
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from this Sweepstakes shall be exclusively brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.
9. Social Media Disclosure:
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, you agree to release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Sweepstakes.
