Francesca’s® Back-to-School Sweepstakes — Official Rules
1. Eligibility:
The francesca’s® Back-to-School Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of forty nine (49) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Rhode Island excluded. Employees of Francesca’s Services Corporation (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on August 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on August 24, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter:
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating francesca’s boutique, scan the Sweepstakes QR code, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form, including opting in to receive marketing emails from francesca’s. Opt-in is required for eligibility.
Limit one (1) entry per person for email opt-in.
Participants who also subscribe to SMS marketing by providing their mobile phone number at the time of entry will receive one (1) additional entry.
Participants who find the hidden bonus entry in boutiques have the opportunity for one (1) additional entry by following instructions on in-store signage.
Maximum of three (3) total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
4. Prize:
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) francesca’s gift card valued at one thousand dollars ($1,000). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000. Gift cards subject to standard terms and conditions.
5. Winner Selection & Notification:
On or about August 29, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select five (5) potential winners from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions allowed, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical malfunctions.
7. Release:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize.
8. Disputes:
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from this Sweepstakes shall be exclusively brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.
